How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your order is complete you'll get an email with a download link. You can also find your files in your account under Orders. It's instant — no waiting around.

What file formats do you sell?

It depends on the product! Most of our designs come as SVG and PNG files. Canva templates are delivered as a Canva link. Planners and wall art come as PDFs. Each product listing tells you exactly what's included.

What software do I need to open the files?

SVG files work with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator and most cutting machine software. PNG files work with pretty much everything. Canva templates require a Canva account — some templates may require Canva Pro. Each listing will let you know what's needed.

Can I use these designs on products I sell?

Yes! You can use our designs to create physical products — shirts, mugs, tumblers, posters, you name it — and sell those all day long. The one thing you can't do is resell the digital files themselves.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products that are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds. If you have an issue with your order please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
